The ability to win and accomplish business beyond our market cannot be understated. With local intelligence in 375+ markets, that’s a strong selling point toward accommodating companies with multi-market concerns.

What is the biggest commercial real estate trend currently impacting your local market?

With the recessionary years behind us, our market continues to trend upward on a majority of fronts.  Perhaps our biggest trend is, and remains, gradually consistent growth. With relatively stable market characteristics, movement is steady!

How is your brokerage setting itself apart from its competitors? And, how is being part of the NAI Network helping you to set yourself apart?

One way we set ourselves apart from the competition is with respect to NAI Global’s market presence. We can often penetrate where others are unable to gain intelligence, and certainly not as quickly.  Unless it’s Friday, I can comfortably rely on receiving preliminary data and guidance back within 24 hours of request.  And in a competitive scenario, speed wins deals!

Engaging with fellow brokers throughout the network is terrific! Friendships and business opportunities ensue! I’ve also participated for several years on the Office Council Leadership Committee toward espousing the benefits of Member firms reaching out to one another and pursuing more business!
