How long have you been part of NAI Global?

We became affiliated with NAI Global in 2005.

If you are the owner, why did you choose to be part of the NAI Global network?

NAI Global has allowed our firm to have an international presence while maintaining local ownership, and we appreciated the culture of the network and the tools and resources available to us.

How has being part of the NAI Global network impacted your business?

Our affiliation with NAI Global has worked well. NAI Global is comprised of 160 member firms, over 375 locations, comprising of over 6,700 professionals.  We are independently owned, allowing us to react quickly.  We are also deeply rooted locally, but with the support of a commercial real estate network that is global.  Our business today goes beyond the market we cover locally.  We now have resources globally.

What is the biggest commercial real estate trend currently impacting your local market?

It is my opinion that biggest commercial real estate trend currently impacting our local market involves the consolidation of commercial brokerage firms.  Our marketing efforts have also changed over recent years with the growth of online auctions as a viable method to sell real estate.

How is your brokerage setting itself apart from its competitors? And, how is being part of the NAI Network helping you to set yourself apart?

Our roots are based in the market; many of our clients are our friends whom we have known many years or friends we have earned recently. We have been able to set ourselves apart from other firms thanks to our local knowledge and connections paired with the resources of a global network. We don’t have competition, as we work diligently to prove worthy and as long as we continue to provide valued commercial estate services, there is plenty of available work.  We also cooperate with other firms in our market, so if another firm can help us, we want to work with them.
